This is an introductory lesson on Indiana. The main purpose of the assignment is for you to develop team-building skills, so that we can plan and attend field trips. We need to host fundraisers to cover the cost of bus and admission.
Team Building Tips:
- Assign roles for each person on the team.
- Who will write the answers down on the team scoring sheet?
- Who will assign puzzles to the other team members?
- Will you work in pairs or by yourself to do puzzles?
- Who will check each other's work?
- If you are confused, do you try to find an answer within your own group first?
- Which team is going to complete the assignment first?
Remember: Just being right won't make people follow you.
